Ok ... Here's what I had for dinner at the Chinese Restaurant:
1 Chicken finger ... 100 calories
1 Fried Cheese wonton .... 120 calories (estimated)
1 Egg Roll.....90 calories
1 cup egg drop soup .... About 8 oz .... 24 calories (DOESN"T SOUND LIKE MUCH TO ME)
1/2 serving of Mongolian beef (about a cup)....420 calories
A couple tablespoons fried rice (about 3/4 cup ????)....390 calories (estimate)
.....oops ... calories just at dinner......1144
Total for day ....................................... 1804
Not too bad for the day ... not compared to me usually not bringing home leftovers.
Last night, I had enough of the mongolian beef and fried rice left over to bring it home to my dad for his evening snack.
