Thursday ... 1 week down

Well...1 week down on the diet ... hmmm 5 out of 7 days in the box not too bad.

Today ... I was "IN THE BOX"
Here is what I had to eat.

Breakfast ... a Chocolate HMR shake and coffe
... 100 calories

Lunch ... Lean Cuisine Beef and Broccoli (which was VERY good)
... 170 calories

Snack ... 1 oz honey roasted cashews, 1 HMR Vanilla Shake
... 320 calories

6pm snack ... 1 orange and 1 Chocolate HMR Shake
... 181

Supper ... 1 baked potato with 2 tbs butter, 2 tbs bacon bits, 1/4 shredded cheddar
... 500 calories

Total for day : 1271

Now in additon to staying on the diet ... I worked out with Mike for the first time.
We did the circut training room ... I kind of like that. I worked out arms, back, chest, and legs. That actually took about 45 minutes instead of 30 .. just because he did full machine demos.

After the circut training, I walked about 15 minutes.
By then, it was 8:30 and I was ready to eat an entire cow.

So ... I did well today .. and at midnight .. I still have energy.
Tomorrow, I've got to go to Fort Smith to re-file all of my immigration paperwor for Mari-Grace. Let's hope the diet works ok.
