Well, I feel like crap....but I did ok with the diet today.
Breakfast ... HMR 800 Vanilla Shake .... 170 cal
Lunch ......... 1 can progresso chicken noodle soup ... 240 cal
snack .......... 1 oz cashews .............................................150 cal
Supper ....... Tuna Salad Sandwich
Tuna ... 80 cal
2 tbsp miracle whip .... 80 cal
2 slices bread ................240 cal
Snack ........... Fresh Fruit ... apples, grapes, stawberries, pineapple
1 cup of each adds up to 4 cups ... 236 calories ... 1 had
probably 1 cup total ..... that would be 49 calories
dessert ... WW Banana pudding (oops ... didn't have ff cream cheese or ff eagle brand)
made with Skim Milk ... FF/SF banana pudding ... ff/sf cool whip
WW caloris +237 cal ... add about 150 calories to acct for cream cheese and eaglebrand not being non-fat ..................................total = 387 calories
total for day : 1396
I made better choices today. I'll take the banana pudding to work and feed it to the gang there.
I made it to the gym today too. Got there too early ... I thought my appoint for my trainer was at 6:05 ... so ... I got there about 5:30. I changed into my workout clothes. All of the treadmills were full. Recumbent bikes kill my hips and knees and so to elipticals. There was the choice of the dreaded stair stepper or the spin bike. I chose the bike. I actually did ok on it tonite.
I made it 10 minutes on the bike ... no resistance of course ... that's better than usual ... I don't usually even try it. I jumped off the bike and grabbed the first treadmill that opened up and walked 25 minutes.
Needless to say, when I got off the treadmill ... the muscles in my legs were tired.
I worked out with Mike....he's gonna kill me. We worked arms tonite. When I say we worked arms .. I mean it ... we did 3 different exercises for triceps and biceps. I may not be able to get lids off bottles tomorrow at work.
I've been to the gym 4 out of 6 days. That's pretty good for me.
Mike says my goal is to work up to 45 minutes of cardio EVERYDAY and then weight training too. Does he think I'm a fitness geek ???
Oh well .. He is going to push me, and that is what I need.
Now, if I can just get control of the eating 6 meals a day. That's tough when you work at a drug store where you don't get an official lunch hour ... it is more like a bite ... every 2-3 hours. And Hot Food ... what's that????
I'm gonna do it !!!
oh ... I am down 6 tenths of a pound ... whoo hoo...FOOEY.
Those scales LIE !!!!
